The role of the coach at MJFC is just not coaching. Our coaches are responsible for training athletes in the game by analyzing individual and group performances, instructing in relevant skills, providing encouragement and more importantly providing guidance and mentorship throughout life. As a coach at MJFC you are not expected to know all the ins and outs of coaching, and that's why through our strong coaching group and large online resource, you will continue to learn and develop as an individual.
